The rooftop community space features solar panels that provide power for all common areas.
THE RAILS AT IVANHOE PLACE
The Rails at Ivanhoe Place is an environmentally friendly apartment complex designed entirely of recycled shipping containers. The community features an urban industrial design as well as 41 units, including 24 studios and 17 one bedroom apartments. There is over 11,000 sq. ft. of community space for the residents to enjoy. Each unit features environmentally friendly features such as Energy Star appliances, solid surface counters, and flooring made from recycled materials. The Rails at Ivanhoe Place incorporates green design by including over 100 solar PV panels throughout the rooftop, which provides power for the common areas.
