HILLARY STEIN DESIGN

I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I have always had a creative spirit and love for DIY. Even from a young age my dad taught me how to paint, build furniture, and how to take my school projects to the next level with the plethora of tools in his garage. For many years my favorite hobbies have included photography, painting, and spending my weekends at antique stores, flea markets, and thrift shops. I love finding mid-centry treasures and unique furniture pieces to add to my collection. I also enjoy refinishing old furniture and bringing it back to life. My photography has been featured in multiple Tampa area art shows as well as published in issue 18 of JPG magazine.

  

I moved to Central Florida in 2013 to attend Seminole State College and work towards my Bachelor’s degree. I am passionate about interior design because I can apply my creativity with my love for beautiful and functional interiors. I have been fortunate enough to experience a wonderful internship at a design firm in downtown Orlando, which turned into a full time job, and every day I am reminded of how much I love design. I look forward to continuing to push myself to higher standards with each project as I explore the many aspects of interior design.
